Product Information

Patty Madden Real Wood Veneer™ Reconstituted Wood Veneers by Luxe Surfaces is a reconstituted wood veneer wallcovering classified under 09 72 00 Wall Coverings. Its Health Product Declaration v3.0 was published September 1, 2026 and is valid through August 31, 2029. 

Material Health & Transparency

Ingredients are disclosed using a 1,000 ppm product threshold, with residuals and impurities evaluated. Major materials include aluminum hydroxide, wood, polyvinyl acetate, cellulose, fiberglass, binders, starch, pigments and other functional additives.

The formulation also includes urea formaldehyde binder and diethylene glycol as disclosed ingredients. 

The product contains no nanomaterials and Luxe Surfaces reports no intentionally added PFAS, with supplier materials verified accordingly. 

Key Health Information

The HPD screens disclosed ingredients against GreenScreen® and recognized health and environmental hazard lists. Identified concerns include classifications related to sensitization, reproductive or developmental toxicity, carcinogenicity, irritation and aquatic toxicity for certain individual ingredients.

The HPD is a material disclosure and hazard-screening document, not an exposure or product-use risk assessment. 

VOC & Indoor Air Quality

VOC content reporting is not applicable to this product category. VOC emissions have been evaluated according to CDPH Standard Method v1.2 (Section 01350/CHPS) for Classroom and Office scenarios and are supported by third-party MAS Certified Green certification. 

LEED Compatibility

The HPD has been pre-checked for LEED v4 Option 1, LEED v4.1 Option 1 and LEED v5 Human Health 1. 

Installation Accessories

Recommended installation products include PRO-977 or PRO-935 (R35) primers and 111 Non-Strippable Heavy Duty Clay Adhesive by Roman Decorating Products. Refer to the official Reconstituted Wood Veneer installation instructions before installation.
